IMERSIA – POLICY OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Starting May 25, 2018, Regulation 2016-679-EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data will be applied by all States of the European Union.

This Regulation seeks to create a uniform and uniform legislative framework within the European Union that no longer requires national implementation measures.

Our company strictly complies with the national and European regulations in force concerning the protection of personal data and has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, especially against unauthorized loss, manipulation or unauthorized access, measures that are constantly checked and adapted to state of the art.

Therefore, we will continue to inform you in detail about the processing of personal data by our company.

Personal data processing is any operation or set of operations that is performed on your personal data by automated or non-automatic means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, extracting, consulting , use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, blocking, deletion, destruction, archiving.

Personal data are collected only with your consent – consent, if they are deliberately offered voluntarily, on your own initiative or at Imersia’s request, for example, through pre-contractual documents and – or contract documents.

In the context of carrying out commercial – contractual activity, including Imersia’s current activity, as well as in the context of fulfilling legal obligations, our company may request certain personal data such as name and surname, phone, home address, CNP, picture, and copy CI.

These personal data are processed by our company for the purpose of executing a contract, as well as for the fulfillment of the legal obligations stipulated in the Zileeri Law

Our company will treat all information collected from you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except for our partners without your express and prior consent.

Our partners are carefully selected and undertake to ensure by appropriate organizational technical measures the processing of your data in accordance with the legal provisions in force on data protection and respecting your rights.

The storage life of the data processed by our company is 1 year.

According to the legal provisions you can use the following rights regarding the processing of personal data a) the right to information; b) the right to correct the data; c) the right to delete data; d) the right to limit processing; e) the right to data transmission; f) the right to contest data; g) the right to appeal to the court
